Ray M Fisher is majority owner of Fisher ALM Advisors Inc. He is the chief executive officer, with 40 years’ experience in Asset/Liability Management. He has worked for financial institutions over his entire career. His resume includes working as an Executive Accounting Officer, Chairman of numerous ALCO Committees, as an Investment Portfolio Manager, a register broker (retired), and a national educator on Asset/Liability Management.
